Are you in the Holiday Spirit?

I am!

Last night 17 of us "Classic Divas" met at the home of one of our group. She decorates her house to the hilt, and when I say that, I mean it! One of her trees was featured on the cover of an insert in the Sacramento Bee last year. I lost count of her trees, but I'm guessing there were no less than 15 of them! Each one had it's own theme, there was the African American Angel tree, the fish tree, the toy tree, the kitchen tree to name a few, and our personal favorite was her new addition this year -- the "Diva" tree complete with sparkly high heels and handbags!

Her sister prepared a "light supper" of chicken picatta, rice, veggies and salad, with homemade peach cobbler and ice cream for dinner.

Christmas decorations, food, and the laughter of friends made for a joyous holiday event!
