The Passing of a Friend

A man I knew died last week.

He was 52. He was a peer of my younger sister, but when you grow up in a small town like we did, everyone is your friend.

Godspeed, Todd.

The world is a little dimmer today without your bright light, but I know the angels welcomed you home.

We will all feel your loss until that day when we, too, join you in our Heavenly home.

Hello Susan,
Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss-

A very young age, how sad.

We WILL all be together again in heaven, guess that's what keeps the living going??

God bless,
Debbie xx

Susan - my condolences on the loss of your friend, Todd.

It is a sad day when we lose a friend and as baby boomers we are now at the age when that occurs more often.

He was too young and that makes the loss even harder to bear. My prayers are with you.

I am grieving with you in the loss of your friend. I am also comforted and find peace when I think about friends I have lost if I believe I will see them again. God does provide that comfort in his salvation and promises.

Hi this is rosie, I am extending my sincere sympathy to you in the loss of your friend. I also, agree, that in my relationship with Christ it has been comforting to know that I might see loved ones again. That this is not all there is...
Thanks for sharing.

Susan,

It's the pleasant memories you hang on to. The stories you will share with others will keep him close to you.
