Stressfree Holidays?

I've been reading a lot of blogs lately, and holiday stress (and the prevention of it) seems to be a major topic.

We all have stress in our lives, both good and bad. The good stress drives us to do our best, and bad stress can literally make us sick.

So how do you balance the two?

It helps me to repeat this mantra daily (I "stole" it from Dr. C. Northrup, author of The Wisdom of Menopause.)

I do enough
I have enough
I am enough

Happy Holidays to all!

Hi Susan!

Glad to see you're blogging again! Thanks for the holiday blogging inspiration. May you have a peaceful, stress-free holiday season (I know that's my goal!)

Hi Susan,

Just stopping by to show some Diva love. I have my own mantra for stress:

"I do what I can---if the rest of it doesn't get done...well, WHATEVER!" :)

Hi Susan!

Stress free holidays, the best way to go.

I'm going along with Beverly, great way not to stress.

I figure that there are more good things to do than I'll ever have time for, so I just pick the very best and enjoy life's journey.

Hi Susan,

I don't seem to be able to make a comment on your blog. I don't have a
blogger account.

Here's the comment I was trying to make. Make it for me if you can, or
let
me know the alternative.

Hi Susan,

I think minimizing stress is powerful, and a goal I find is a regular
part
of my experience.

Make it a Calm Day!
